For the month of May do let go meditation – at least thrice a week 

That comes to 12 times for the month...

Those who can, do more number of times. The benefit will increase depending upon your frequency of doing this meditation.

I did let go meditation as a part of sadhan .
I had couple of dreams confronting people and after that I felt very much relieved.
I didn’t know till then confronting has so much power and strength to it .
