Sadhan for May 2026
1. Colour for this month is “orange and green”. Wear
these two colours say 3-4 days a week. You would do well if you can make it
more number of times per week. Surround yourself
with articles, flowers, bedsheets, bedspreads, cushions, just about anything in
these colours.
2. Do
“Brahmari pranayamam” for 5 minutes twice daily. Those who have excuses to not
be able to do so, do at least 11 times.
3. Chant
“Om shanthi, shanthi, shanthihi” for 5 minutes twice a day. If not, 21 times
daily.
4. Do
“Hands-on” for “Manipura” for ½ an hour 4 times a week.
5. Sing
songs, hum them or learn them – say for 15 minutes a day 4 times a week. You can
choose any genre of music. You can listen, hum or so even while doing your
daily chores.
6. Do
“Re-birth meditation” with “anger” 4 times a week.
7. Do
“vastu healing” and “homam” 4-5 times a week.
