Sadhan February 2025

 



Do let go meditation at least thrice per week.

Do re-birth meditation with anger at least thrice per week.

Do sky watching – be it sunrise, sunset or just watching clouds or stars – for 10 minutes (minimum) 3 times every week.

Those of you who can more number of times – are welcome to do the same.

Those who are already doing these techniques every day of the week – do continue doing so.

Come back with your experiences, observations, understandings every weekend or month end as per your convenience.
