Sadhan February
2025
Do let go meditation at least thrice per week.
Do re-birth
meditation with anger at least thrice per week.
Do sky
watching – be it sunrise, sunset or just watching clouds or stars – for 10
minutes (minimum) 3 times every week.
Those of
you who can more number of times – are welcome to do the same.
Those who
are already doing these techniques every day of the week – do continue doing
so.
Come back
with your experiences, observations, understandings every weekend or month end
as per your convenience.

Did 27days of rebirth meditation with anger.
Felt calmness in me.
Could only do 19days of let go meditation. Will complete the balance in this month.
Watching the sky could do only for 8days so this month I am going to complete it.
Feel good and calm.
Looking forward for March month sadhan.
I was able to do - let go - 16 times, rebirth - 5 times, homam - 18 times, sky meditation - 6 times, recite hanuman chalisa - 25 days

Doing sadhan regularly has changed the way I cook this is the prominent change I have observed . My cooking has changed a lot the taste and connect with food has completely changed . My mother complements that the food I cook tasted and reminded her of her grandmother and mother .
I was angry in few situations but not from heart .
I am questioning my self .

Watching the sky I feel so so sleepy. Half the time I sleep sitting.

Today felt it was so effortless.
