Shayari - When pain becomes relief!

Ishrat-e-katra hai ki dariya mein fanaa ho jaana

Dard ka had se guzarna hai dawa ho jaana

इशरत - ए - कतरा है की दरिया में फ़ना हो जाना 

दर्द का हद से गुज़ारना है दवा हो जाना। 

Ultimate bliss/ecstasy of the drop of water is to become one with the Ocean

when pain goes beyond measure, it becomes its own medicine!

The purpose of the drop of water is ultimately to lose its identity by merging into the Ocean and becoming one with the Ocean. Here, understand it philosophically - a drop of water represents the human soul. The purpose of the human soul is to become one with the Divine. In this merging is the Ultimate Bliss of the human soul. 

When the lover feels the pain of separation, he finds that pain unbearable. But, when the same pain crosses all limits then in that state of unbearable pain, the lover finds his ultimate "state of existence" where he becomes one with his lover's image/persona. He loses his identity and merges into his lover's identity. That losing of ego/identity becomes medicine which came from his very pain that he found unbearable at the start!!!

fanaa - leen ho jana, to merge into the other, to lose ones identity
