for today!
Look at the sky as you sip your morning tea.
If you can do it by 5-5.30am - best time to be with Nature.
If not, any other time would do.
If not today, do it tomorrow.
Walk on the grass or on the sand for 10-15 mts.
The
morning mist, darkness expresses beauty that has to be experienced!
Just
for today, go out and be with nature for 10-15 mts!!!
Do any of these things for just today!
