I was aware of receiving it .
Yesterday from 11:00 I have noticed that I was receiving reiki.
Also one more observation made is when ever i felt exhausted I received help in the form of a phone call etc .

I am observing myself, every moment my mind is saying this day is yours it will not come back. (malli e roju radhu). i felt inside some joyness (I was aware of receiving reiki)
I stop to postponing small works. now iam doing immediately this small change i got it.

I came to Seattle to be with Arthi (my elder daughter) for a few days.. Seattle is very different to other parts of US.. it's blessed with the incredible colours of nature & nearby mountain ranges (something i love so dearly)... Reminds me of Switzerland & also Kerala in monsoon.. lush green & wet every other day.. Now the colours of fall makes it a "Divine Riot of Colours"... we went to this very beautiful Japanese Garderns and roamed around the "Arboretum" - a vast Botanical Gardens spread over 230 acres..
By evening we were tired and went to a small coffee restaurant a few miles away.. as we entered the coffee shop, I couldn't help noticing a young man (around 30 years) sitting outside, bare chested muttering something aggressively & behaving hyperactivly.. I felt uncomfortable.. others hardly paid any attention to him.. he was one of many homeless people you find in Seattle & CA..
We ordered for coffee and as we were having it a short old woman came to our seat babbling something I cud not understand.. I asked Arthi if she is asking for money.. she was not sure.. suddenly I asked he if she wud hv coffee.. She said - yes.. I asked the shop owner to give her coffee & said I will pay for it.. He said - "You are kind Sir, dont worry, we will take care of her, for free.." And went on to give her a cup of coffee.. She thanked us and asked if she can sit down with us.. I said sure.. and started chatting with us.. She just wanted to talk to someone.. Then suddenly she scolded the young man outside who was her son & asked him to wear his shirt.. The young guy timidly obeyed.. he even came and apologized to us for his quirky behavior.. All my initial feelings of awkwardness & discomfort had vanished and replaced with kindness & consideration.. I just felt good talking to that old lady.. somewhere she had reminded me of my mother.. As we left, she wished us well.. As we drove back home I sent Reiki to her & her son... And later I sent Reiki to my mother as well.. Strange how just a small simple act of offering a cup coffee had such a magical effect..
