Sadhan this
week!
Let’s take
time to look at birds in our area.
Observe the
birds. It can be the regular crows, pigeons or just about any bird the name of
which you don’t know.
Just look at
them and observe them.
Be with them.
If possible,
try to find out their names.
Share your
observations and experiences with others – if you please!

I love birds and was happy to see this sadhan. I thought I'll go to the park and observe birds for sometime, but kept postponing it to the next day. Yesterday we were just travelling to a place in Chandigarh, when we came across a 'bird park' hoarding, we instinctively stepped in to see the place and it was one the most beautiful parks I've ever been to. Birds of all kinds, kept in their natural habitat and protected naturally from predators. The terrestrial and aquatic birds were not kept in cages, but huge metal frame (almost 4-5 storey high) with very light mesh. The birds which fly high were all left in open, no cages again! We saw Macau, black swans, lorikeets (in all colors of the rainbow), love birds and many local and exotic birds. Such beautiful colors, sweet sounds and the smell of the forest, it was an experience of a lifetime. We learnt that this park opened only 2 years back, they have put in a lot of effort in creating this and the maintenance is world class. Thank you Guruji. Thank you Reiki.
