Worry!



When we have nothing else to do, we worry!

Whenever things get disturbed, we worry?

Whenever there is change, we worry?

Whenever our plans go don’t go as per our desire we worry?

Whenever we are held responsible, we worry?


Whenever and till our desire is not met, we worry?

Look at every instance carefully. Meditate on it. Just don’t read it and move on. Don’t try to understand it from words. Sit and meditate.

Look at your worry. Look deeply into worry. See its nature. Know its cause. Question its existence.

Don’t justify your worry based on a person or an event. Don’t condition something to happen. Don’t expect anything. Just look at worry!


When you sit to meditate on worry the mind will say “but I love that person and so I have to worry etc etc..” OR it will throw some ‘but…if..’ at you. Just brush it aside. Don’t go with buts and ifs. Just look at the worry.


You will be surprised at the redundancy of its existence when you get to know it. And just like that you are free of that worry!

Thank you because I have observed this is happening with me and I am trying to post pone things but thanks to reiki and the grace of reiki it is saying me to go against what my mind is saying and draw the symbol and is questioning me why am I falling to this ?
when there are so many blessings given by reiki and reiki is taking care if me ?
I know in some aspects I am still worrying but blog has taught me to put a proper affirmation to negate that worry and I am trying to implement it and it is reliving me of lot of stress
