How to understand blog
and Me, My Guru series especially
For me, personally
writing this blog especially Me, My Guru has been both very satisfying,
exhilarating and a fulfilling journey and an experience. The way the characters
evolved and the sequence flows is very interesting.
The end in many of these
stories is crisp, short and yet complete in itself. The end like a capsule
encompasses the entire purpose of the story in itself. It is like an essence of
that post! All it needs is just a para or sometimes just a sentence. Every character
has evolved over the years. As character evolved, their attitude is replaced by
new character. See this as a journey made by ‘I’ – the narrator of this story. I
represents the sadhak who is on the journey of getting connected to his ‘real
self’. You can see him slip many times. You can also see him have his moments
of understandings. He experiences all the emotions, upheavals, struggles, pain
and what not of a regular sadhak. He also beautifully portrays the weakness of
a sadhan who understands but doesn’t put it to good use – most of the times!
Like
this the various shades and struggles of a sadhak are represented by the
central character – the narrator of the story – “I”. since it is his journey
all the experiences are reflection of his understanding, emotions, insights and
also his misunderstandings. If the reader looks carefully at a given point of
time, his emotions and state of mind are reflected through this ‘I’.
So, in short this is the story of each reader/sadhak as he goes through his journey of self discovery. It is the story that tells how when he faces his inner nature he reacts to them. It also reflects how he struggles to overcome his nature. It shows his little victories over his self and his transformation through clarity of thought that shines forth over the period of time.....
The Vedic philosophy
has declared since eons the Universal Truths that man is not the body but the
spirit that runs the body. We are the “consciousness’ – complete, blissful,
Divine eternal and all knowing!
