Appreciate effort of every one who chanted HC 'n' no. of times yesterday and some today........

to show my appreciation, i did what i could to show the appreciation - do reiki........

today from morn 10 am - 12 noon (IST) i sent reiki to all of you who chanted yesterday (irrespective of no. of times) ......

when you chanted, it was to show your gratitude saying -
I am thankful to reiki for all that i received
i am thankful to God for all that i received
or just 
i am thankful for all that i received......

just that 'being thankful' filled my heart with happiness and i return that to you in the form of reiki that i sent to you.......

As resolved, chanting of Hanuman Chalisa 108 times completed today..........

And that is the miracle of the day I wish to share with you for today!

Sadhan today! Just to say "Thanks"



As a form of 'thanks giving' for all the miracles that we received in the last few months, I propose to chant HC 108 times tomorrow.....




this is purely a thanks giving exercise......nothing more....
we are thanking for "All that we received till date"......those who feel, think and want to thank for what they received can join me in this thanks giving yagna......

Tomorrow, sunday 30th August 2020, I am going to chant Hanuman Chalisa 108 times spread through out the day - in between other duties........



those who wish to join can do at their respective homes......

those who find 108 times tedious, you can select number as less as 21 times.....



those who don't know Hanuman chalisa - take up some other technique of reiki and be with it for atleast 1 hour tomorrow.....



others who don't want to participate - it's ok...



others who can't for whatsoever the reason - even that's ok.....



no need to explain your inability for what so ever the reason........relax.......

Be regular in your exercise, eating habits and drinking lots of hot liquids....

On loneliness and solitude!




A person who feels lonely will feel so even in crowd......it doesn't come because he is not surrounded by people......it comes from within......



A lonely person is ever depressed, sad and inflicting pity on self.......it comes from the fact that one is without a purpose in life....selfishness is the main attitude for loneliness.......



Solitude loving person or one who lives in solitude is one who knows to share and care for others for he knows to love himself......only one who loves himself can love the other......
only one who is selfless can be at peace with himself......he loves company of himself.....he contributes immensely to the welfare, abundance and happiness of others ...
he loves to share......
greed is alien to this person......
contentment is his name......
he gives...he is happy and gives out happiness wherever he is. people flock to him and they find joy in him.....

tanha rahna majboori hai shayad
isi liye khaltha hai ..
tanhai ke saath rahna aashiqui hai shayad
isi liye achcha lagtha hai ......



Staying lonely is a compulsion 
That is why it hurts… 
Living with loneliness romantic and that is probably why
That sounds good ..... 




to be alone is a compulsion and may be
that's why it pains...
but wanting to be alone is romantic and may be
that's why it beckons.......



OR



when you are compelled to stay alone, it becomes loneliness and 
so it is painful, frightful and not looked forward to....
but when you see it as 'solitude' 
it becomes bliss.......

Today I saw parrots. Yes, in our dear city of Hyderabad - India!

Not just one but flock of them and heard them chirping too! I hadn't heard their voice since ages.......



beautiful, awesome, wonderful, praise the Lord!

Thought for the week : 

Things are never as bad as they 'seem'.

वक़्त कभी भी इतना बुरा नहीं होता है जितना हम उसे समझते हैं। 

Note : 

Topics like expectations, purpose of life, conditions, dharma, how to bring up children and what to be taught to children as they grow, living the moment, perception and thankfulness and such ones are dealt one after the other.....but not completely at once........it would be too lengthy and boring too for many......
so i am taking one aspect of every topic and covering it in each of the post related with it.....in the same post sometimes, two three aspects are also dealt with (of various topics)......
those who wanted to know them, be on the look out for the same, note them down at one place and when the topic is covered quite a bit then you will see its cause, effect, how to overcome it, its benefits etc......
take one topic - write down the points that you see in the post, then leave some pages and then note down other topic etc........
but again, you need to go back for the start of the covid season when the topics were started to get those points.........
in one post i am painting the eye, in the next nose and in the next skeleton system........for you to get the complete picture you need to put them all together.........on your own.......
