Sadhan for April 2026
1.
Colour for this month is “White and yellow”. Wear
these two colours say 3-4 days per week. You would do well if you can make it 6
days a week. Surround yourself with articles, flowers or just about anything in
these colours.
2.
“Hum” – any song, just a line also would do, you
can just sing one line of one song and then move to the next song too….. just
keep “humming” for 15 minutes daily. Those who get the hang of it, do more. You
can hum while doing your daily chores too…..like doing dishes, walking, working
on computer….
3.
Chant “OM” 11 times – twice a day – that would be
short version.
Chant
“OM” for 5 minutes – twice a day – that would be good version.
4.
Do “Re-birth meditation with IRRITATION/ DISGUST”
3-4 times a week.
5.
Do vastu healing 4-5 times a week.
6.
Listen to songs – any genre – 15 minutes a day –
even while doing your chores of the day…..

Thank you, Ma’am and Reiki, I will practice Sadhana and Reiki regularly this month. Last month I was a bit irregular but thank you for your blessings.
Last month’s Sadhana experiences were truly remarkable. At work, both my team and I received new opportunities unexpectedly, especially at a time when we had almost lost hope regarding account growth. I also noticed a positive shift within myself, I felt more confident in expressing my thoughts and asking for what I believe is right.
On the financial front as well, there were noticeable improvements. My daughter received a scholarship unexpectedly, we identified recurring bank charges that had gone unnoticed for a long time, and there were several other small but meaningful positive changes.
I am deeply grateful for these experiences and guidance. Thanks again for your guidance and blessings.
