Me, my Guru – On complexity of life

“Guruji, why is life so complicated?” asked Rahul. He looked disheartened today. There was that sadness that carried the weight of love, betrayal and heaviness of a broken heart.

“Life is really very simple. But we make it complicated with over thinking and over feeling” replied our Guru with a smile that was both soothing and understanding.

Rahul and a few others nodded their head in agreement.

Few of us kept quiet not knowing how to process it. We didn’t have the guts to accept our ignorance either. 

Others – well they were lost to this conversation. They always termed questions as our questions and their questions and missed learning from others’ questions. These were the ones who felt our Guru was partial to a selected few and gave her attention to just them.

Each unto his own!

We lived as we chose to!

We suffered as we chose!

And yet, we all believed in destiny that was written by God who was partial! How ironic and pathetic was that??!!

Mostly people ask questions just to ask something.

Some ask to impress.

Some ask to show off that they can ask intelligent / complicated questions.

"Few of us kept quiet not knowing how to process it. We didn’t have the guts to accept our ignorance either." Few people get the answer but don't have the strength and courage to face reality. They hide behind the "not understanding maam" statement. Their go-to excuse and face-saving statement are "but, we are not that intelligent or we are after all humans with weakness".

" Others – well they were lost to this conversation." this category is the blessed one. They are not available to any amount of gems falling all around them. For them, knowledge is just useless. All they want is the shiny trivial things of this World. 

 "And yet, we all believed in destiny that was written by God who was partial! How ironic and pathetic was that??!!" - It is only when we accept that we have written our destiny do we have power to heal it. The day we accept that we are where we are because of who we are, we become empowered to change our destiny.

And yet, we want to "BELIEVE THAT IT IS GOD WHO WRITES OUR FATE". Because then all that we need to do is complain about God, hate him, talk ill of Him, hold Him responsible for our ills and pains. We don't need to change!

Thousands of Gurus have come to wake us up from our slumber. Healing regularly is the only key available to us to rise and shine!

Let's not waste our chance to do the same!
