Reflections – On washing dishes – Stress is avoidable!

So, what did you understand from this?

As you see when I increased the pressure of water, because of its speed and sound, I was hurrying to clean the utensils. That hurry in turn increased my anxiety and that in turn increased my stress. Just the opposite happened when I decreased the force of the tap. Its pressure decreased and that in turn decreased my anxiety. I slowed down. That decreased or did away with stress.

So to sum up, tap pressure increased, stress increased.

When tap pressure decreased, stress decreased.

“So when this comes that comes, when this goes that goes” – This is the Law of Interdependence!

To understand this just try with tap as I explained and see for yourself.

    Points to ponder:

    • Life is the greatest teacher. It teaches first and explains later!
    • Be in the school of life! Situations of life are the "LAB" of life where it teaches about ourselves!

Please note: If you are reading a post with "contd" at the end, it means it is continued. At the end of each post, you'll find the words " Newer post    Home   Older post" - just click on the newer post. It will take you to the next post which would be the "contd" (continued) part of the post that you have already read....
Hope this clears the doubt and answers your questions....
