Reflections – On washing dishes – Stress is avoidable!

“Once your torch is lit, pass it on to others for their torch to be lit”. The light of your torch wouldn’t dim if you do – so do!

The common way such posts or examples are misunderstood is “My mil/spouse/kid/my desire not being fulfilled, is my trigger point. Don’t try to play the ‘victim’ who is helpless here!

Understand the post correctly and apply it in the right way – get benefitted and ese your mind’s clutter and life for good.

Every rule has its area of operation. Each rule has its limitations. It doesn’t apply to every situation. Knowing where it can’t be applied also reflects our ‘clarity of thought’. Understanding any Law, the wrong way reflects our “area to be healed”. Take it that way and work in that area.

And before long, you’ll be free from that pain too!

Little by little when we work being aware of our pain and emotions that cause it, we’ll work out our freedom from pain and suffering. That’s all there is to healing and Self-realization!

Please note: As mentioned many times before, I suggest again that you read the topic in one go on the last day it is posted - again to understand it in toto!

I don't and am not making this suggestion at the end of every post but it is my standing suggestion that you do so for greater benefit....

Points to ponder:

  • Being detached or practicing renunciation (sanyasatvam) is not about going into some remote forest, Himalayas and get away from the hurry burry of the life.
  • Practicing spirituality doesn't need you to go away leaving behind your present life!
  • Spirituality is all about being able to bring "AWARENESS" and "MINDFULNESS" to your every day tasks of life.
Question time:
So, what is your take from this post?
How is it going to be beneficial to you?
Can you apply anything from this understanding in your life? If so, how and where?
