Indian Mythology - Advaitha - on experiencing God!

Contd....

That’s the reason why we need to work on our attitudes slowly and steadily that we may atleast after 100 janmas are able to atleast have a glimpse into ‘this world of experience’. Start meditation daily, atleast 15mts. You can start with your regular meditations taught in reiki class (or any other meditation technique learnt by you). This will eventually guide you to other and finer forms of meditations in the later janmas to come. Don’t worry, none of us are going to become ‘a saint’ over night and stop enjoying this world! I am not saying it is impossible! Certainly not!

Swami Vivekananda said “Give me six months of your life and I’ll see to it that you are realized”. So, it is possible. But to a person who’s left all other desires and who is only having, burning desire to realize God. And then he should spend all his time and energy only on meditating. Since, we are still enamoured by the grandeur and beauty of this world, we can’t make that jump just yet. But to be a ‘bhogi’ – one who enjoys this world and its charm, one needs to be a ‘yogi’. The more detached you are, the more you enjoy things of world  - be it fame, position, riches, success, relationships and everything.

Just look at Krishna’s life – he is the Ultimate Yogi in the midst of all the temptations of this world. Being in the midst of ‘the best of this world, because he was detached, he could be so at peace, was an epitome of love, could think on his feet, stand by the right ALWAYS and live wisely! That’s the way, life should be lead. Life should be a celebration but not the way we  do it – being addicted, tensed in pain and suffering, always in want, letting our passions go berserk and thus create a mess of our lives.........

If you want to live king-size, then also behave like king – be responsible, work on your abilities and achievements, be a winner!

One who wants to be winner is a dreamer!

One who works to be a winner is an achiever!

Whatever be your goal – materialistic or spiritual, every step is decided by only 3 qualities – Attitude, relentless work towards that goal and Sadhan!

Decrease in any one quality will reflect on the quality of your success. It also shows on the longevity of the success!

And you thought ‘successful people are Lucky’!

Now that you have success Mantra, work on it relentlessly. As you work on these little goals of yours with purity of intent and sadhan and keep working on your attitudes all through, you’ll not only reach the pinnacle of success in this world but will also be eligible enough to start your spiritual or inward journey with a giant leap – thanks to years of sadhan – as and when you decide to!”

“When did all this talk happen?” I asked feeling frustrated, let down and alone and irritated all at once!
