This month
let’s practice what we talk about, expect from others and wish we expressed it –
selflessness, kindness, compassion, generosity!
Every
day, practice one of these qualities – express it.
It is very
simple –
In every
situation where you can choose to be selfish, you pause and practice selflessness.
Every time
you can be rude, hurting, shouting or angry, choose at least twice a day, to be
kind and gentle.
Every time
you judge others, gossip about others, or find fault in others (in thoughts or
in person), in person or behind them, choose to show compassion. Practice being
understanding.
Every time
you can save for yourself, eat for yourself, buy for yourself, practice
generosity. Give to the other. The other can be anyone in your life – known or
unknown.
You need
not practice all of the above every single day. Just anyone at least per day –
twice preferably!
Share your
experiences, observations, and trials, at the end of the very week till this month's
end!
