Depending on the mental make-up, mental strength, clarity of thought, emotional strength and vision – each one makes a choice and lives with the consequence of such a choice.

Instead of being self-conscious, guilty, afraid of taking a decision or making a choice, let’s do what we feel right in a given circumstance.

Either way we have to face the music. Let’s do Reiki for the same and move on.

Let’s learn not to defend our actions!

Let’s be a MAN and own it up. At the same time, don’t be proud of your flaws and choices. Let’s just be!

Accept but also learn – how to make a better decision that could make a little less dent – for future reference- that way we grow!

Now, coming to “Gandhiji, let’s not forget the ‘greatest benefit’ he gave us – our freedom and that too without any bloodshed – Unique in the entire world and totally resonating with our scriptures and Dharma.

NEVER forget the good a person has done to you in the wave of emotions when he does or says something unfavourable, undesirable or unpleasant to you. This is the greatest flaw that most people have. Work on it.

Let’s send reiki to Gandhiji – Father of the Nation as a form of gratitude. He was instrumental in us enjoying our freedom today! So, let’s send Reiki for 15 mts. Chant MM those 15mts while sending Reiki.

Hiccups for this sadhan:

1.     I don’t like him maam

2.     But, because of him maam, we are suffering XYZ situations and so on…

All your reasons may be valid. And your feeling is understandable.

Those who are strong in their feelings can choose not to do this healing. Completely understandable and acceptable. No one will question you. So, don’t explain why you are not doing it.

No one will judge people who are not doing such healings – so don’t defend yourself, don’t go on a guilt ride and avoid generating anger energies because of your choices – especially towards those who are choosing to do the healing.

Just continue with your regular healing.

His actions did make an impact in the history of our country, the effect of which the Nation has to pay for all times to come. That is the flip side of every choice that one makes. One choice will cause immediate pain but would reduce long-term suffering.

And the other choice will give immediate relief but will eventually cause long-term suffering!

We all have had to face such situations in life. I am not saying these are the ONLY choices available for every issue. I am also not saying every decision is affected this way ONLY. But, some situations end up being of such nature that you lose both ways!

Let’s write “Rama Nama” one page per day for one week!

Those who can, can write for more time too…….

But, everyone, write one page per day – that would be around 10 mts - the least time taken to write……

Involve elders and kids of the house too in this yagna! They can write just 10 times – don’t force them, even few times would do for them….just give them a number they are comfortable with!

For elders, give them a paper and let them write as and when they want to….just let them write at least 4-5 times per day – every day is a must – that’s all. Number of times shouldn’t be a rule for them!

Give feedback at the end of the week of the same!

Tomorrow, 26^th of January is Republic Day for India.

What is the difference between Independence day and Republic Day?

Why do we celebrate Republic day?

There are lots of teachers among the readers. They celebrate this day in their schools. So, they for sure must be knowing this answer.

Share what you know, at least one point per person so that others too would know the importance and significance of this Important Day for our country.

We need to educate our next generation with this valuable information.

Let them not think it is a holiday and we get chocolates on that day!!!

On this special day, let's do "Earth Healing" so that India progresses into a country that is a torch bearer of Dharm to the World and it guides the World towards peace and completeness.

Every great man became one because he spent his every day doing whatever he was doing, the best possible way. He just increased efficiency doing whatever he was doing – every single day, every single time and before long – he had written history!

Give your best every single day.

She is no CEO or doing some great job??!! Yet, the lowliest of jobs, she has transformed it into her worship.

“Maam, I want to be a karma-yogi. I want to do Swadharma” All empty words! People who talk will find some excuse not to do work and fi done, not to give 100% to the work at hand. Their next best option is to play the “blame game” where they will put the blame on someone else for them not doing their job.

And here is this lady who doesn’t know all these fancy words like “karma yogi, Swadharma etc” and yet lives it.

Not all of us get to do fancy jobs. We may not be part of something unique and great. But we all can do our ordinary jobs and tasks in an extraordinary way! We can turn our ordinary jobs into extraordinary ones.

Don’t lose your sleep over ‘but, I am just a ‘X’ statement’.

Wherever you are placed at a given point of time, accept it as His Will. Embrace being here! And then, give 100% to any job at hand. It could be as mundane and ordinary job as looking after a child, cleaning toilet, dusting or cooking. The question is ‘are you doing it with total commitment, honesty and involvement?’ Just look from this angle.

Work on the details for God is in details.

So many of us complain about our jobs – the salary, timings, boring, boss or colleagues not being good etc etc. and here, this woman praises her Lord for placing her in such a good situation and for taking care of her – always!

 We all can take a leaf or two on the subject of gratitude from her – can’t it?

We have all riches and yet??? Our job however that is, is far better than hers. And yet, wherever we are, we go to our jobs with a ‘sad face’ – almost every day! (Need I tell more?). Think about it!

To be grateful and to love God or for that matter any person in our life, we don’t need to receive anything in exchange – and that she lives!

No classes are needed, and no counseling is required. She lives it so effortlessly! No doubt, she is lean, flexible and healthy for her age. Her stamina is mind-boggling.

People ask me “But Reiki/Guru/God should prove Their worth by fulfilling my desire to trust and be grateful, no? Let Him fulfill my desire, then “I’ll thank HIM”. They use all “dash” words for God/Reiki (later also say “I want you/Reiki/God to forgive me. Please do! NOT that I am wrong but because I am afraid your/their anger will harm me and my desire will not be fulfilled because of that!!!!

So in contrast is this woman!

There is one more quality that is a rarity for me to find. Wherever she cleans, it is spick and span! Someone once told me “The toilet should be so clean that one can sit and eat there. The way she cleans the bathroom, you can SIT AND EAT THERE! No one can better her work. That is the level of honesty, commitment, dedication, and sincerity that she brings to her job. She owns up to her job so well that she earns her entitlement of receive her service charges – 100% every single time.

She is adorable in so many ways.

Her name is Achchamma. But, I will call her Mary. Because, well, you’ll see for yourself.

As already mentioned she cleans toilets. But, as she is cleaning, she is singing ‘hymns praising her Lord Jesus”. She is a true Christian – always living in gratitude. One of her song words translates as “how can I thank you enough for all the abundance you have showered on me, praise be unto your name”

There is always a smile on her face as she does her job – a job people cringe in their own houses too! How many would be happy cleaning others’ toilets? Our toilet is used by us and our family members only and yet we cringe and crib. We need outside help to clean our toilets.

And here, look at her!

“I have to save for my future. I don’t have money to give you”

I haven’t met anyone as generous as Achchamma.

I haven’t met anyone who ‘gives’ more than what they receive – except her!

She lives “exchange of energies” concept to the T”

I have explained to thousands (in I dg it self and yet). All have raised doubts, argued or justified their positions and inability to give. But, she at that ‘social-economic-strata” of society knew and lived it effortlessly.

She didn’t expect any returns for that nature or conduct of hers!

So, you see situations and circumstances don’t maketh a man!

Job doesn’t define a person!

A person’s character expresses itself through his job.

And did I mention that she has crossed 70. I ask her her age and she shouts saying “I don’t want to remember that. I have forgotten that and don’t you dare remind me that”. I laugh!

A lady comes to clean the toilets, say, once in 3 to 4 months. During Covid she couldn’t come. She had left for her hometown in AP. But, she kept calling me at regular intervals just to enquire about my well-being! She wouldn’t talk much. Just would call and enquire about everyone’s health in-house.

She came to meet me after 3 years. I asked if she would clean. She said “No, I can’t. Doctor asked me not to”.

I smiled and asked “Then why did you come all the way?”

She replied with a smile “I’ve come for 3-4 days stay. Came to check on your well-being. That’s all!”

She asked me to give her some money. I gave her the money I give to clean the toilets! She was touched immediately.

She asked for food. As there was no one at home, I cooked only khickdi for the day. I shared the same with her. She relished it as always.

And then, she asked for a broom and started cleaning my balcony. She tended my plants, dusted my door-mats and said “You gave so much. How can I leave without doing any work? It’s unethical to take money without giving any service. I don’t like it”.

She is not a “Reiki channel” and yet knew and lived the exchange of energy in the full and right way!

She was poor in material riches and yet didn’t think she ‘deserved’ favours, goodies or even money from others – for free!!!

She could give only her service by doing ‘menial jobs’ and yet she didn’t fall back on the usual and oft-repeated excuses/dialogues of my students and people in general.

The character that resonate most with you!

Most of you must be reading /read novels or story books in your life. Language doesn’t matter. Any language storybook is good enough.

Which is the character you associate yourself with?

Don’t say “I want to be Arjun”. This is not about wishing to be like them. No. Which character is similar to you – as you are now.

If you are the one who hasn’t read any novels, story books, no issues, you must have watched movies/ dramas on TV/theatre. Have you felt this character seems and behaves like me? If it does, then which is that character? Why do you associate yourself with that character? Did someone tell you that you behave so or act so or did you feel so yourself?
