Gratitude everyday!




Every day brings with it millions of reasons to be grateful for....

Let's use our emotions to celebrate life....

Let's use our emotions to express our self....



When we are angry, irritated, complaining, fault-finding, ego-driven, arrogant, unforgiving and so on, we are throttling our life of its essence. No doubt, we feel stifled...we feel suffocated...we feel we are dying.....

Look within....take time to retrospect. Take time to be with 'self'. If even you don't have time to spend time with yourself, how can you expect others to take time for you?

If even we are not able to stand being with ourselves (that's what happens to us when we meditate and that's why we don't meditate), how can we expect others to like our company? No doubt we have issues in our relationships....


Take time to slow down...take time for yourself....take time and be with yourself for your sweet sake...no body would, no body can....


Because, until and unless you look at yourself honestly, validate it and accept who you are you can never outgrow that limited self and become who you are capable of!




The best relationship you can have in the world is the one you have with yourself. Your every other relationship just reflects that ultimately. Even your relationship with your Guru or God reflects how you connect with self....So if you want happiness, peace, love, affection, acceptance and respect in any of your life relationships, first mend your relationship with yourself....

Once you mend that fence all other things fall in line effortlessly...

  • being mindful
  • Being aware of self is not a luxury but essential for all the abundance in life..
  • Know how we are pushing all that matters to us in our life away from us by being ourselves - all because we are adamant about being lazy, not wanting to know self, give me what I want then I will sit in meditation etc excuses...
  • Learning to know yourself is the first step towards loving yourself...

  • Enough to loving the 'image of who we are'. Let's daringly look at who we actually are. Then, only then we can shove away all that we don't like about how we express ourselves and bring order in our life...
  • You are the seat of abundance. Why limit yourself to self-pity image by denying yourself of that abundance.
  • Come let's embrace ourselves....
