Dharma in work
If you are tired of
your job, need a break, complain about boss, pay etc look within and find out
what is missing in that. Missing not by way of returns in job! But in the way
you relate with your job.
Till you bring that in
yourself and in your job, know your pain and suffering with relation to
finance, career, satisfaction, growth in career, happiness in job will not go
away!
Take time to know your
job and yourself a little. Little time taken to do this will give you a life of
success, happiness, joy and abundance. Not a bad deal indeed, I would say!
Remember – there are
10s of people waiting outside to fill your shoes the moment you resign. So you
NEED the job more than the job needs you!
I know it hurts – but that is the hard Truth!
One who needs can’t
complain. Know that! One who is needy can’t demand or talk about injustice
meted on him.
So, is there is no
respite from this?
For every problem there
is a solution if you look in the right place. There is one for this too. Make
yourself indispensable. Make yourself so good in your work and art that Co’s
come looking for you. Then you can rate yourself your way!
In short, excellence is
‘dharma’. And it is this ‘dharma’ that makes you most sought after. And that is
the road to success. Protect ‘Dharma’ – it’ll in turn protect you!
The best thing about
‘Dharma’ in work is it can be applied in every station and role of your life!

Yesterday's miracle : Moon seems to be smiling a lot since couple of days.....he seems more brilliant and happy than ever before...may be he's come closer to his friend Earth or may be he's seen something that's pleasing to him.......
Seeing him smile made me smile too.........He was at peace and seeing him so I became peaceful. All said and done about life and its complications, ups and downs just a look at his face - and wow! everything seems worthwhile.......
appreciate him for being there - for me!
appreciate the Creator for creating him!
appreciate the Sun for giving him light to shine!
appreciate my eyes for being able to see him!
appreciate him for being there - for me!
