Contd....
Truth wins!
So know these laws of the Universe :
A lie is eventually exposed. Truth comes out. It may take a little longer sometimes, and yet it does.
Any manipulation comes with its own baggage of returns and that my dear is more painful than facing the situation now for what it is!
They catch up on you sooner than later. So, let’s be a little more honest with ourselves. Being truthful gives us strength. Telling and living a lie saps us of our strength. Let’s love ourselves and for our own good lets only do things that strengthen us and make us strong enough to face the ups and downs of life.

What does your experience say?

Saying the truth at times is awkward as our cultivated image takes a beating...
But once we stick to the truth we actually hv stood up for ourself & even if we do get a beating from the other or outside, we hv grown in self esteem and as an individual.. I hv felt bad for speaking the truth as the punishment or consequence was unpleasant.. but later on reflection I hv felt good about myself as I had stood my ground, irrespective of the reward which many a time was negative...
When we 'lie' we go down in self esteem later, even though we avoided getting beaten.. I hv experienced both - truth is way ahead the better and right.. in the end we hv to face the truth even if we avoid it in fear... It's only in facing the truth that we can be free...Only truth liberates us & leads us to ourself...
Love & Gratitude ❤️ 🙏
