Yoga day!
Today is world yoga day!
Let's do yoga at least for an hour today! It need not be whole of one hour if you can't....
maybe you do it 4 times of 15mts each.....
do just as much as you can....don't THINK you can't. You CAN and you have it in you....do it....Physical body is the ONLY thing we associate completely with and understand or relate to. Soul and other things are just words for most of us. So let's start with keeping the thing that we understand 'healthy' for starts.
Let's see that we maintain the body that supports us healthy so that we can achieve all that we desire to achieve and enjoy of this world. Let's make fewer trips to Doctors - now or later. Let's work towards a healthier us!Don't let laziness get in the way. Dust it out. Take charge of your life and body.
You are the master of your mind. Don't let your mind control you.
