All those who are participating in our group healings, take a note of your every day observation* in your reiki note book......we'll discuss that when we meet in next class .......
observation* - even if your observation is ' nothing special' note that down......and note it date wise and program-wise - like for pooja, LC, japam etc separately make a note........
