Use your 'fear' to tell you where you need to heal.
Use your 'fear' in your favour.
Whatever you fear, heal it. Outgrow it. Transcend it.
It is better said than done. So heal, heal, heal!
When you have healed enough you have transcended your fear and won your freedom!
