Bhaktha and his bhakti – Guru Shishya – My Guru and Me      

Her explanation seemed simple and straight. She didn’t tell or justify her actions. She just stated her confidence in the Universal Law and its operation. She trusted HIM beyond our levels of understanding and acceptance. She knew JUSTICE and DHARMA prevailed come what may! She chose not to be the ‘one judging others and punishing them’ at her will and fancy!  

How noble were these words! How easy it seemed! How impossible they actually were!

We received our answers. We received more than what we had asked.

Yet we weren’t in ‘accepting mode’. Our anger and agitation still persisted. 

We still hated those people who were manipulative.

She was smiling peacefully. She moved on with other topics.

We were stuck in our hatred caused by our judgment of others!

We chose this.

She chose that! 

That was all that was!

Points to be understood :

• Even if after being pointed out the importance, possibility, need and the possibility of not getting even with people whom we disagree with, dislike in our lives - what is the purpose of listening to all discourses? What is the purpose of being called a Reiki Channel? 
• What is the purpose of being a student if Guru's words are not implemented?
• If one wishes to do as he pleases how and why does he at all come to anyone calling him his Guru? Just to make him 'fulfill his personal desires'?
