Me, My Guru - to quit or not to!

...contd....

Then eat right and at regular time daily. Have dinner as early as possible as and never later than 8 pm. Include salads, sprouts, juices in your diet. Don’t quit on ‘right way of living’ for anything in this world.

People work all their lives to earn money by sacrificing their food, sleep and family life. And then in later years fall sick and lose all the money earned to the Doctor.

So, think before prioritising in your life.

Regarding wonderful, stylish and marks of successful life habits like smoking, drinking, gambling, drugs, womanising – well QUIT NOW!

When faced with a disease, ‘don’t quit’ on working on the healing at it multi-level. Depending on the disease, change your life-style, food habits, exercise regularly, heal through reiki – not just drawing symbol or telling Reiki (this telling Reiki or Master is so outlandishly foolish. DON’T!). Do reiki regularly. Take medicines correctly and regularly and learn something ‘good’ from that disease.

Don’t own it, but treat it as a guest. Don’t decide to live with it for life! Treat it as an outsider but at the same time, don’t wallow in self-pity. Don’t envy others whom you ‘presume’ to be healthy and never ask “WHY ME?”. YOU GOT IT NOW DEAL WITH IT with grace.

After doing all the above 100%, even then if the disease sticks with you relax and ‘quit’ fighting with it, but don’t and NEVER ‘quit’ on steps ‘to heal it’.

QUIT on expectations, self-pity, anger and such negative attitude.

But never quit on healing it in various ways!”

She left us abruptly and the commotion started immediately. I felt like 6 year olds making noise the moment teacher left the class. But, her explanation answered so many of our questions in this field and we agreed we didn’t have much of doubts in this regard except that she said ‘falling sick was a sin’. That really pricked us. But when we sat on that idea it really seemed intriguing and new. It felt right too to a large extent. It sounded so good when stated ‘being healthy is not an option but our duty to be healthy’. What a thought! Just this thought changed the dynamics of disease and the way we dealt with it...next would she continue the explanation in this area was something we all thought aloud as ‘career was one field that was too confusing for most of us’.

“Next field where one is confused is career” she came to continue.

It was too much for us and we all laughed. Was she talking over phone with someone or was she getting to know from some source what we wanted to know? We had joked earlier on this and hence had burst into laughing.
