Affection and courage!

The next quality required is ‘courage’. Meek can only ‘bad mouth’ others – even one from whom they seek help/favours/blessings. It is the courageous like Rama who can see the ‘good quality’ even in their enemy like Ravana and praise him for that!

It is only the courageous who can forgive. It takes great courage to understand the other. The meek seek revenge. When relatives/colleagues tease, the meek want or desire to hurt them/kill them even. That is ‘demon’ within that is satisfied by such retaliations.

It takes courage to own up our ‘wrongs and sinful acts and hurt’. The meek justify their actions. Their wrong expresses itself as anger when their wrong is pointed out.

Humans are magnanimous. People always get away with cursing, abusing, hurting their offenders by stating ‘we are after all hmans!’

If ONE is truly human he forgives! He understands others’ weakness and moves on. He let goes of his hurt and insults.
