Use this and other regimes to reclaim your health. Previously you had excuse of “very busy and tired from work” excuse. Now, don’t sit in front of TV eating pakodas* and bajjis and gain more weight than before!

Preferably eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at same time daily. That doesn’t include 11am breakfast, 4pm lunch and 10pm dinner routine. No! Have breakfast by 8.30-9am, Lunch preferably before 1pm so that you can sit for 1-2 meditation after that. You can also have afternoon siesta (sleep) after that! Have dinner max by 8pm. Cook it before 6.30pm session so you can eat it immediately at 7.30pm. Preferable time would be completing dinner by 6-6.30pm. Even this small change for next 14-21 days can bring huge benefit into your system.

Moreover most of you can't fast for various reasons. So those who have dinner by 6-7.30pm would fast automatically till morn 8.30am and that gives excellent results to our system. Again and again I repeat, if I can be taking 5-6 hrs of my time daily unnecessarily for you, can't you at least take few minutes to put up your experiences with reiki......

or I think even I can stop writing and doing sessions with you all and get back to living happy, relaxing time with self for self..........

I remember from the days before /at the time I started reiki, I used to be disappointed about the inhuman and selfish behavior of people. Also, I was skeptical about charity organizations. It’s not that I had all bad experiences, I had some amazing ones too. As a kid I was saved by the sheer generosity of my parent’s community. They donated 8 pints of blood overnight to save me and they were many strangers who visited the hospital and offered help and prayers. In spite of this I used to focus on the negatives and used to think that positives were just exceptions.

As I started healing myself, I started seeing goodness all around me. It was always there, but now I saw it because I chose to.

This pandemic has only strengthened my belief in the goodness. Everywhere I look, I see inspirational stories about how people (on this blog, friends and family; here or in India) are coming forward and helping those who are in need. One night I was thinking about the immigrant workers in my hometown who no longer had place to live or livelihood to feed their family. The next morning I found out how some of my friends and families are contributing to help them. This also has provided me with an opportunity to help in any way I can.

I choose to see that goodness in everyone around and this pandemic will stick in my memory as a time when humanity showed its strength. The shift in my mindset was key!

Thank you reiki! Thank you Ma’am! Today I feel more at peace because I feel I have healed to the extent that I am able to see this divine aspect in people.

And yes ma’am, I do realize that I am yet to heal completely. So please don’t think that it is getting into my head :-)

The starting days of this pandemic had give me great mental strain
I always felt lonely and left out
I felt there is no one to listen to me but I heard the voice and guidance from with in it was me who was not listening to it
I didn’t know how to handle the things
I continued to do reiki I prayed reiki to show me a path and the next day
I have seen the blog related to healings
Once we started doing this healings I am feeling contented it’s like there is a great strength with in me who is guiding me and guarding me
My needs are being taken care of
When ever I fellow I am opening the blog and revisiting the posts each time I read them I feel the difference in my understanding
Some posts which I was not able to understand previously I am able to understand them now

Good evening mam,last two days i felt energy is too high,left side of my body is too heavy& hot...just love to stop chanting and sit in silent & meditate,cold sense energy flow,small ganesh jiii,and peacock feather mam.
