रात है पर सुबह तो होगी
रात चाहे कितनी भी गहरी क्यों ना हो
कट ही जाती है
लम्बी कितनी ही क्यों ना हो रात
सुबह तो आ ही जाती है
रास्ता लम्बा हो कर भी
मंज़िल की ही तरफ जाती है
सुख का सूरज ढल गया जैसे
दुःख के बादल भी झड़ जायेंगे
बस रफ़तारे वक़्त कुछ अजीब है
कटता जल्दी सुख में पर
धीरे कटता दुःख में है
यह जो कट गया तो वह भी कट जायेगा
बस तू उसपे छोड़ सो जाना
आँख खुले तो सुबह होगी।
raath chahe kitni bhi gaharee kyon na ho
kat hi jathi hai..
lambi kitni hi kyon na ho raath
subah tho aa hi jaathi hai...
raasta lamba ho kar bhi
manzil ki hi taraf jaathi hai
sukh ka sooraj dhal gaya jaise
dukh ke badal bhi jhad jayenge
bas raftaare waqt ajeeb hai
kattha jaldi sukh mein par
dheere kattha dukh mein hai
yah jo kat gaya tho woh bhi kat jayegaa
bas thu us pe chod sojana
aankh khule tho subah hogi.....
Meaning:
however dark the night is
it still passes away
however long the night seems to be
the day has to come for sure
paths though may be long and tedious
it still takes you to your goal/destination only...
as the sun of good times sets
so will the clouds of bad times fall down (as showers)
it's just that the speed of time is bit odd
it passes very quickly in good times
and it takes long to pass when it in bad times
but as this has gone away so will that go away
you just surrender it all in Him and go to sleep
when your eyes open next day, it will certainly be a day!
