Kaliyug - The End Times

...contd.....

I’ll try to explain it metaphorically! Imagine ‘Pralaya’ as ‘our sleep during night’.  Yes, everyone in the world sleep during night! (let’s not bring night workers or late night party goers here please! This is to explain something I am using the nearest example…..don’t ask such silly questions please?)

But, we also get up in the morning.  Time each one of us gets up is different – varing from 3am to 2pm…right! Well, understand this as coming into this world after the Pralaya in varying point of time.  For eg: 3 am-5 am is the ‘Satya yuga’ and next 2-3 hours as ‘Threta Yuga’ and so on….what is the difference? You tell me! Difference between getting up early and late! How much of heath you lose in this bargain of getting up late? How much of man hours have you lost? Does it not effect your punctuality/productivity and why even your mood for the day? You need to squeeze in more in less time if you get up late….but a person who gets up early finishes his work early and is relaxed too and still has time for play…..

This is metaphoric explanation so don’t literally understand and argue for/against it please?

Next point though we sleep, we get up to start a new day!  But, we start from where we left yesterday night only…we don’t start afresh. Be it bank balance, health, relationships well you name it’s a continuation only…..likewise, when we enter the earth, we start with the balance of the previous ‘kalpa’ (of ourselves only) and hence don the various roles available as per our qualification, worthiness and our stage of evolution at the time of exist!

So, more sadhan means lessening the baggage of our karmas and also increasing our qualification to come back during better times like ‘satya yuga’ where life span would be for a lakh and more….think of all that you can achieve and do in such a life time…..you can be a Arjuna,Prahlad, Veda Vyasa or any of such great beings! Why do you want to live this life of limitedness again and again….think big, aim high and live simple!
