Imagine this as a game of
solitaire that you play on computer! When there is possibility of ‘no more
moves’ the game comes to an end and the question posed is ‘want to exist or
play a different game’….it’s something like that….many times natural calamities
wipe out the entire race for this purpose only – like it happened with
‘yadavas’ and ‘the Golden city of Dwaraka’ after ‘Kurukshetra war’. The deluge wiped out the entire clan of
‘yadavas’ who were totally drunk with power, arrogance and adharma. Only the few who followed ‘dharma’ were
informed by Krishna to move out of ‘Dwaraka’ before the ‘deluge’ or the ‘great
flood’ that drowned the Dwaraka and its inhabitants!
Even people who were so dear and
close to Lord Krishna could not escape the ‘annihilation’ so where do we
stand? It’s only ‘Dharma’ and ‘Sadhan’
that can protect us for sure!
‘Movva’ a saint-poet once said
“I’ve seen seven pralayas already and hence am not afraid of death”. Pralaya is
nothing but the ‘final calamity’ that christians and other religions talk about
as! It’s called ‘kayamath’ but the muslims! Name only varies the fact is the
same! When every one dies during Pralaya, why this sadhan and what is the use?
I’ll try to explain it
metaphorically! Imagine ‘Pralaya’ as ‘our sleep during night’. Yes, everyone in the world sleep during
night! (let’s not bring night workers or late night party goers here please!
This is to explain something I am using the nearest example…..don’t ask such
silly questions please?)
