Last but not the least, do the required ‘type of sadhan’ to address the weak link in self – it can be anything from ‘anger to fear or jealousy to lust’ whatever be it, sit with it and heal it say at least for a week.
Those who
would be working on these three aspects will be handling the situation in a
better way next time. They will find their balance easier to gain next time. They
will find ‘peace’ and ‘confidence’ in themselves over the time….
I
would prefer if you put up what you have understood from this post so that we
