Let's do a small exercise : Just for this week, let’s do a small exercise. Pick a person whom you dislike or who irritates you. Enough of saying ‘he/she did this OR didn’t do this etc etc’.
Just for this one week – daily note down 3 good or nice things ‘this special person does in your life. It can be their attitude or habit/s that you noticed – something like the way they clean, plan, arrange things etc.
At the end of the week, sit and go through your week.
Next, go through your state of mind the whole week.
Next, see if there is any change in your atmosphere at home/office wherever you have applied it and have you seen any changes?
Last but not the least - share it with others....
