Pro-active or reactive!

Pro-active or reactive!

How do we know if we have healed well enough in any area of our life?

Very simple! Just look at the way you respond when the situation rises in life. The way you handle the person or the situation clearly reflects where you are with regards to that attitude or emotion. Take any situation and look at it. Daily, at night make it a point to go through the day’s events for 5-10mts and see how you have addressed people and how you have handled the situations of that day. If you have reacted, felt agitated, feared and were angry know you have lost ‘your balance’ in that particular situation. Accept that ‘your balance’ was compromised by YOU. Don’t judge your actions saying ‘but, maam, she/he told/did this….etc’. Let’s not talk about others ATALL here! Know you have ‘lost’ yourself today! Don’t beat yourself up for that. Don’t start “maam, I am ashamed of myself or maam, I have let you down etc etc…”. Just REALIZE, KNOW AND THEN ACCEPT that you have ‘lost yourself’ today! Just this much! Don’t add “today also” before today in the above sentence. Read this 10 times and get it straight.

Next, see yourself ‘handling’ the same situation in a better way. This will be like ‘net practice’ for next time. Those who are going to do this exercise will get back after some time with their experiences and benefits. Those who are going to read and just say “wow maam, such a good post etc…” are going to yet continue living with the problem, being the problem and creating the same type of problems for some more time to come……here is your answer for all the questions like “ how much more should I work on myself maam?’

“When will my problem go away?”

“What should I do to address my problem?”

“Why do good people suffer?”

“Why me?”

Contd....

Did the given link address your issue at hand ?

Did you take something from this post today?

Are you working towards finding your 'balance' or using healing to 'correct' /'judge' / change others???
