Sushant singh Rajput
With the talent Sushant
had, he could’ve done anything with his life – taught dance, become a lecturer
(he’s qualified well), go into science field – well scope for such men of
letter are many! But ‘one condition’ unmet clouds our ‘clarity of thought’
takes a toll on our ‘muladhara’ thereby pushing us towards depression and
ultimately suicide and death.
How people in Industry
treated him is unpardonable but we can’t overlook the fact that ‘one precious
life was wasted, his family lost him forever’ just because of his misplaced
expectations, conditions and self-worth.
When we rest all our
happiness and self-worth on some ‘condition’ of a situation or a person in
life, our emotions go berserk and create havoc with our psyche.
Now, do you understand
why we need to work on these qualities in us? Now, can you see how they like
termites make us ‘hallow’ from within over the period of time. And then, one
small breeze is enough to bring us down!
Heal – not for some
material benefit. Heal not to gain or enjoy some relationship. Heal that you
are balanced enough to look at options when life or people close doors on the
path that you are walking. Heal, so that you are strong enough to embrace other
options. Heal to develop patience when nothing seems to go your way. Heal for
you to realize that just existence is worth a celebration. Heal to know that
all people, relationships and things of the world are here for your experience –
your existence is not dependent on them!
Heal so that you stop
being a sissy. Stop wanting to be pampered and being made special by someone! Stop
wanting to be taken care of! Grow up! If you desire like an adult, behave as
one! How can you be a whiny baby if you wish to experience life as an adult? Even
by your ‘logic’ is it not illogical and basically stupid?
Chin up, spine erect
face the world like a man! If you want to be respected, then earn it. Be worthy
of it! You can’t earn someone’s respect by being desperate. You get pity when
you beg. But, is not pity for the invalids? Are you one?
Think about it!

Please Note: This article was written when it was assumed that the said actor committed suicide. It was later found that he was murdered. Still, the article holds good for the "suicidal tendencies, depressions and related mental problems". Whether he committed suicide or he was murdered doesn't make a difference in the way we need to look at 'emotions that drive us crazy'.
The news was used ONLY to put forth a point - not to point fingers at the actor. When we hardly know a person, how can we judge his actions?
But, we can look at our own emotions that are similar to his perceived self to correct them.!!!! And that exactly was done here!
And as to why someone is murdered or why a person chooses death in a particular fashion read articles on karma, destiny, how we attract situations in our life, why Dhritarashtra had to face his karma 50 janmas after his committing the same....
# suicide, depression, break down situations, failures and success in life, disturbing emotions, disturbing pattern of life, on being lost, disciplined mind, material success, karma, why we attract what we attract in our life,
Answer these questions if you have understood :
- How filled is your cup?
- What is your cup filled with?
- What do you plan to empty yourself of?
- When and which is the point in life which says "No more moves possible - time to end it"?
- Does suicide end our problems?
- Is death end of all our problems?
- Does crying solve our issues?
- If begging is all we have in the name of faith, is it worth it? Will it serve any purpose?

Each day your words give me new insight of my own self and new targets to work upon my self . I want to heal heal and heal
Many years ago, I confessed to Ma'am that I want to find a solution to "my disorder".
"Stop owning the disorder first. Why are you calling it 'My disorder'?", She said.
And just like that my problem was solved and never have I faced it ever since!
But I also think it's in the way Ma'am said it or may be the energy in that room. Because I tried to tell the same to many people without any result. 😄😄
A lot of people have told my "my high BP problem, my diabetes, my short temper". I tell them the same thing, very confidently and hope for a life changing expression on their face. But I always get weird looks.
Why is there a difference? Why is it that the same solution is not received by two individuals in the same way?
This is a beautiful & powerful lesson on how understanding real life challenges, facing it & healing it helps... Sushant Rajput Singh Rajput is a tragic story but we can learn something very valuable from it...
Also very helpful was the earlier connected article August 28, 2017 on why we incarnate & how life pushes us to learn the lessons we have ourselves committed to at a soul level and whenever we choose to avoid it, we do it at the cost of our own growth...
Every individual's problem or challenge will be different & according to what the soul chose to learn & so another good reason not to compare ourselves with others but work on ourselves intelligently & diligently with whatever resource we have & when we start doing it existence or universe supports us to fulfill it...
Thank you and with love❤️🙏
