Putting Quarantine to good use!
This is only for the type who wants to make something out of this. Others are welcome to address this their way. Choice is theirs to make!
I would
highlight the complaints/desires/ wishes that most of us asked/had which are fulfilled
during this quarantine in red colour.
# I don’t get time to exercise/ eat at right time because of my
job.
# I am not getting enough of sleep/rest because of my job hours.
See how so
many of our wishes are coming true! The question is are you benefitting from
the wish that you sought?
Let’s go
physical:
COVID has only reiterated the well known fact that
‘health is wealth’. We as a race have been too engrossed in achieving and
amassing wealth and material riches. We neglected our physical well-being. Yes,
each of us had our reasons to justify. Let’s not go there! Let’s just regain
our lost ‘health’ in this extended quarantine at least.
Can we
become totally healthy in just 14-21 days? No, not possible. But we would have
set the ball rolling in the right direction. By following right regime we can
detox to a large extent and lose couple of kgs for sure and even that would
reflect in our general health. Let’s reduce at least “weight burden” on Mother
Earth – what say? So what do we do for that?
First –
start an exercise regime. Those who do or know yoga start doing that preferably
at the same time daily. If you have kids at home involve them too to do the
same. Teach them right habits effortlessly. Catch them young! Teach them the
value of right way of exercising and you have raised a healthy person for a
life time. Look at Akshay Kumar (the Indian Superstar). Look at his exercise
regime since childhood! Those who are about to say “maam, I am already doing
it” to impress me – don’t.
If you are
doing for 15mts – increase it for 1/2an hour/day
If already
doing ½ an hour – do for 1 hur/day
If 1hr/day
do 2 hrs/day
If doing
2hrs/day – stop being obsessed about exercise and live life! We are not living
to exercise! We are exercising to be healthy – don’t forget that.
Take good
care of your body. That’s the temple you are residing in. but don’t be obsessed
about “the body”. Beware of that!

# tough times, depression, hopelessness, life, on getting up, breakdown situations, emptiness,
questions answered :
- How to make ourselves prepared for the times to come?
- Can these times too be of 'use' to us in some beneficial way?
Note : Share at least one haling experience of yours daily till this covid situation lasts.......i am spending 3-4 hours only on blog, can't you at least spend 5-10mts writing/sharing one of your any reiki experience.......

One thing that I thank COVID for is that it helped me get over my fear of working from home. I had been a stay at home mom for so long that when I finally got back to work I always wanted to work from office. I had 2 fears that if I worked from home :
1. I will end up doing house chores instead of actually working (for which I expect pay from my employer) because my family would expect me to do everything for them since I am home
2. I won’t get to interact with people (at a personal, professional level) who come from different walks of life
During this past month, I have seen that I wasn’t only able to work with complete focus and stay connected with my coworkers more than ever, but also how my family has become independent to a certain extent. If this time had not happened, I would still have worried about the above listed points.
Thank you ma’am for helping us heal so we can appreciate life for what it is!

Tyd onceagain i was blessed reiki helped us again.
Tyds experience 1-2 meditation slot,Viaan was trying charge emergency light,suddenly i heard him calling nanii nanii....i culd smell something was burning..Viaan used wrong charger,,emergency light lo nuchiii pogaluuu vastundee...immediately v took out charge & light but v were lucklyyy, he was safe...Kane kopamm & na byammm looo he had good 3&4 beatings from me felt sorry,i also remembered mamma words...taking three steps fwrdd...(i culd also sense its OK,,kopam chaluu)
