Year-end 2024

Year-end 2024

So, we have come to the end of the year 2024 – wow!

Did one year pass by so soon?

Feels like just yesterday that we started 2024 and yet…

Does it feel so every year or just this year I felt it so?

So, coming to our end of the year ritual. Yes, let’s do what we do every year.

Let’s make a list of our achievements of this year gone by.

Let’s make a list of missed targets for this year.

Let’s look back and relive once more those special “Wow moments” of this year!

Let’s take a pause and thank Reiki or God for all the miracles that we experienced this year – well, we need to make a list of them for that first – right? So do that!

Shall we also share our understandings and observations that we made or had this year that were instrumental in showing us our growth on this path!??

Shall we mention – a special mention of those people who touched our lives this year and made them “the moment” with their mere presence, words, actions or whatever….

Add in all other things that come to your mind…

Also, talk about your growth – in whichever field you wish.

Take a whole week to write all this and post by this yearend.

I played my part well, should I add very well this year by making the most number of posts of all times. I expect you all to do the same by sharing for once (this year) at least for this post….

# year end 2024, end of the year, new beginning, list of things received and lost in the year gone by,

I await this ritual every year and take great pleasure in penning this down. This very it is going to be very very difficult and painful, but I will try for sure.

Year 2024
The year has been good. Felt it went very quick. I am very happy that I stuck to my sadhan though just one throughout the year. I was very regular with it. l Completed my 8cycles. That's my biggest achievement.
This year reiki has blessed us with a new house.
I was able to start classes with mam though for few days but still started after a long break.
I started going to Iyengar yoga which I love to do. This year with reikis blessing i completed chardham yatra with my husband and family. The best part was reiki took care of my health and nothing happened to me and my husband not even a cold. Thank you to reiki sheild.
With spirits high I made new year resolutions and also started with it. Started my mm chants and it didn't last long. I guess I have to be realistic with the goals. Only goal that I achieved from my resolution is the 24point sadhan.
I feel a difference in me in the sense I am able to comeback from my lows very quickly. Dips are there but less and coming back quickly from it.
I feel I am able to manage and plan things better.
Thankyou mam, kshiteja, supriya and my parents my husband for always being there with me and always supporting me and helping me to better myself.
A big thanks to blog for helping me to bring me back to track.
Year 2024 it was very good.
Will make 2025 much better.

This is a ritual that I always enjoyed but this year it was difficult to write since all my joys or achievements are overshadowed by my loss.

What are your achievements and joys?
- I was able to get Adi admitted to a school of our choice, which we had been trying for the past 3 years.
- I was able to spend good time with mummy in Adi's winter (Jan) and summer (June) vacation. I was also able to express myself with love in the relationship.

What are the memories you made this year?
I have tried to keep everyone in my family positive and happy

What are your strengths that you have realized, worked on or gained this year?
I always thought that my life would end with my Mom. She meant the world to me. I am even surprised that I'm still alive, still able to do my duties and take care of myself and others.

What are your weaknesses you overcame this year?- Procrastination- Lack of discipline and punctuality- Complaining attitude
- Lack of self care- Impatience

What is the lesson this year has taught you? Value every minute with your loved ones. Don't waste a single second cribbing or being sad.

What did you give this year? Gave time, attention, energy, financial support to those in need

What are the lessons from this year that you wish to carry forward next year which will make your next year a better one than this one?
- To trust my instincts and take action immediately.
 - Prayers have a lot of power. Always rely on prayers. My son started learning Hanuman Chalisa and reading it out aloud every night. He, in a way, has forced me to start chanting Hanuman Chalisa as if he knew this is what I needed.

What are the milestones that you crossed this year?- Business -  Highest revenue so far, stabilized the business and got the biggest order ever.

On the whole how would you sum up this year?It was a year of terrible loss, heartbreak and suffering. I experienced miraculous healing and love from my Mom, Guru and God.

what are the milestones you wish to cross this coming year?
- Will start an annual scholarship for needy students
- Will donate food/ eatables atleast once a week- Will write atleast 100 blog posts
- Will chant hanuman chalisa every night and do homam everyday.
- Will achieve revenue growth by minimum 10x for my business
- Will meditate atleast for 30 mins everyday
- Will exercise for at least 5 hours every week of the year.
- Will continue volunteer work which i started last year, atleast 50 hours in the year
- Will read/ listen to at least 12 good books
Thank you Ma'am. Thank you Guruji. Thank you Reiki.
