Me My Guru – On Sadhan being “Sahaj” (effortless!)

Contd....

Me My Guru – On Sadhan being “Sahaj” (effortless!)

If you love God, Reiki, sadhan, healing or Self, you’ll find ways to infuse sadhan in your routine. Just as one doesn’t say “I didn’t find time to sleep, eat, bathe, brush teeth, comb” and so on, you should understand sadhan is “one of your essentials” of your life. It is not an option. One who sees it so doesn’t give excuses. The others find healing and sadhan boring and repetitive.

And to get this understanding we need to sit in meditation regularly and look at our excuses. Look at them. Understand them. Understand their source. And break that hold of the psychic impression on you. That is freedom. That is Nirvana (in small ways). Small victories from our little bundles of psychic impressions are what we need to aim at to be able to live life our way. Till then we are leading the life as our psychic impressions push us towards.

Wake up, reclaim your life.

You deserve to be happy – in the real sense.

You deserve your love more than anything.

Break free from the past psychic impressions that are binding you.

Reclaim yourself.

The world is for those who are free from within!

Know this!

Walk towards this!

Walk towards your abundance!”

Concluded....

This post has helped me to reflect upon myself.
The journey of sadhan is amazing it’s just the grace of my guru to get me back on the path of sadhan when ever I fall . Sadhan is for myself few minutes of connect with me myself gives energy to recharge for the whole day and it is to make me a better person to be with myself.
All her anecdotes of class help me come back on the path .
When ever I go on journey of how is it going to benefit me ? I remember her “how does it matter? “ the lines which angered me initially are a mantra for me now .
I feel lazy doing work I remember her saying “Kannu chusindi cheyi cheyali “ its a mantra I immediately get up and do it.
When ever I get scared of something and build a mountain of thoughts I remember her “ So what “ it is a mantra for me and think about the consequences and why am I building a mountain of it and come back.
One more mantra she taught me owning up when I own up the things “ yes it is the choice I made”
One more is Planning Oh my God when I am writing this comment my list is going on …. Wow that is something amazing
