quarantine to good use!
Don’ts
during this time:
Don’t watch TV all through the day - At least not the news. Restrict it to 10-15mts daily twice – morn and evening. That’s all! Even WHO suggests that. Other times watch mythological shows that you missed watching. Watch funny shows like Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai etc. laugh, bond, live and enjoy!

don’t get time to heal/not enough time for sadhan.
Now you
have all the time in the world to heal. Write down your issues in a book.
Prioritize them and start healing – one after the other. So, by the time you
are out of quarantine you have also healed few of your issues. That way you’ll
have more strength to face new issues that would crop up later! Yes, you heard it right. New issues will crop up. Just as ‘once your one desire gets
fulfilled, you get two more in its place, like-wise when one issue is resolved
some other will come.
“Old water
flows out of tub, new water fills”. That is the story of every life!
Let’s go
towards hobbies: -
There are
activities that we long to do and yet don’t find time to do due to hectic
life -style like: reading, knitting, gardening, drawing, music, dance etc. Spend some time doing ‘that’ which you longed to do since long! Enjoy
“you time”. Empty that list you had “things I wish to do”.
And share it with us later. What you did, how you enjoyed and benefited?
Cleaning time:
With all
members of the house, it becomes easy, fun and less time consuming. So involve
all and clean one shelf/almirah per day. Clean up your house. See how much
unnecessary goods were lying in your house. Throw them – sell them – reuse them!
You’ll find
things you were searching since long!
You’ll
relieve many memories. You’ll have more space at your place.
Your place
is sorted, clean and tidy now! That is such a relief and so welcoming!
Take one
room at a time and see the difference!
Read all
those books you always wanted to! Relax and rewind!
Watch all
the shows and movies you wanted to. Enjoy and get healed!
Only condition – as you relax watching shows, movies complete your hands-on and other healings which you can like intention healing, navagraha healing etc. Double benefit!

- Pause to think! Are we amassing one thing after another or are we living life to the fullest?
- What does life mean to us?
- What is the purpose of my life?
- What are the things which matter most to me and what am i doing for that?
- Take time to take stock of your relationships and why they are what they are....
Just a suggestion : Found that few of you come running couple of minutes after 9.30pm and then feel bad /tensed etc. It takes 5-10mts for you to settle down then. But if you sit down for LC by 9.20pm then you are all set by 9.30pm when i start and we can go into healing immediately. That way we'll have more time to heal and more time to do other stuffs too if need be......
set your clocks for 9.20pm and 6.20am to sit in LC. That way you can never go wrong. This way you joining later because of time difference (in various clocks that we own) can also be done away with.......
choose, decide and act accordingly....
Exercise Tips : Those who are not able to do exercise for 1-2 hrs at a stretch for various reason, just do 15mts before every meal and before every healing of ours......you would easily complete more than 1hr /day that way......
Those of you who are WFH and find it difficult to do workouts at home due to large number of people, no exercise equipment etc - just climb step 2-3 floors 3-4 times a day......your cardio for the day is almost taken care of ........do this for 21 days to see the results..........

I am really happy to be cooking right and eating right
Mam I have observed a change in my attitude
During the first phase of healing it was different ie I had unrest in me during that time then.
During second phase of healing the unrest in me has come down to some extent.
Now during the third phase the unrest is almost gone only during night I feel restless before sleep earlier it used to be whole day for me .
Thank you for if not for these healing sessions I would have been a walking tension spree.
Also During this healing sessions I have noticed an improvement in my usage of language as a teacher it’s a greatest development for me . I have also noticed that usage of punctuation while writing has improved. Especially, these posts of putting quarantine to good use are helping me a lot .
With watching TV I see what you are trying to convey. It was quite a journey of about a year or two for me to realize that.
From my personal experience I have learned that my healings have been more effective when I have done hands on while watching comedy.
There was a time when I used to watch daily soaps and used to get carried away with the emotional drama that those tv serials played. Healing while watching it was like healing my emotions that were created in response to those tv serials. And then I would wonder why it was taking me longer to heal my actual issues. Yes, I used to think that I am strong enough to not let a made up story effect me. Now I know that conviction was far from truth. I admit that I may have a limited understanding of the healing scenario here, you may see what I missed seeing.
When I started doing hands on while watching comedies, I was in a better mood throughout and saw that my issues healed at a much quicker speed and rate. Since I was in a happier mood, it was easy for me to happily connect with my family no matter how hard times we had been going through.
This post reminded me of those days and I felt like sharing this experience.
