The ultimate dream of everyone is to be “ALL POWERFUL”.

And today, let’s see the path that takes us towards being “all powerful” one day!

Being ‘all powerful’ means being the Masters of the phenomena of Nature.

Everything in the World has to feel puny in front of the fury of the Nature.

Imagine, we can master such “A Nature”??!!

Wow – that is everything and be all!

And Swami Vivekananda says “The whole universe is a mass of change. But there is One who never changes, and that is God; and the nearer we get to Him, the less will be the change for us, the less will nature be able to work on us; and when we reach Him and stand with Him, we shall conquer nature, we shall be masters of these phenomena of nature, and they will have no effect on us”

If you can’t believe then look at Jesus Christ – he woke up from death! That is having control over the nature.

Many such are examples that our various Gurus have shown us. Share if you know any of such examples.

But, above all, every healing that you do to overcome your weakness, exhibit your divine nature, connect with your soul takes you nearer to Him and in that lies your secret to overcome your fate slowly and steadily – bye and by.

So stop not till you reach your desired goal!

Keep working on yourself!

Keep doing sadhan!

Develop clarity of thought, patience, trust and faith with healing!

Grow fearless day by day!

Sadhan for August 15^th – Our Guruji’s Birthday!

Every Guru who has come to help the mankind has been only one since ages and will be so till eternity – to guide, teach and help the mankind to heal at its karma and to raise their consciousness to Super-Consciousness! Be it Aurobindo, Ramana Maharshi, Vivekananda, Jesus Christ, Parmacharya, Mahavatar Babaji, Adi Shankaracharya, Raghavendra Swami, Kabir, Guru Nanak, Baba Gariban Nawaz (and every other Guru of any sect) or our beloved Guruji Dr.Mikao Usui.

Dr. Mikao Usui’s birthday is on 15^th August. Every year we do some sadhan to thank him for giving us the knowledge of Reiki which has transformed the lives of millions of people in this World!

This year also let’s do some sadhan to commemorate his birthday!

Let’s chant “Mrutunjaya Mantra” that aids in healing our delusion and making us immortals – 108 malas.

The time we have is till this month's end – August 31^st.

Those who don’t have time or patience and can do less. They too are also welcome to do the same.

Those who can do more are welcome to do the same.

Just, give me your count of malas at the end of the month.

We are not competing with anyone – so don’t feel bad for doing less than others. We are doing this for our Guruji – each one of us is chanting as a form of thank you to show him our gratitude – that’s all!

Thank you can’t bring stress – if it does, then it is not thank you with love – it is filled with ego and arrogance. Drop that! Let’s just thank him with all our heart and love.

And those who may do exceptionally well also don’t let arrogance or ego get to you. Just be aware of it. Do this and enjoy the process. And then let our gratitude fill us with happiness through this month.

Some of you will not openly share the same in blog – I know that – even you – do it – it is between you and Guruji – for whatever reason, you don’t want to express in the blog – that is also fine by me.

But, if you could work on that reason that stops you from expressing in blog – well, that would be ‘sone pe suhaaga’ – a cherry on top of the cake!

Sending reiki for 7 days to all those who wished on  “Guru pournima”

Guru pournima is just not about wishing each other. Let it not be just one more verbal ritual!

This auspicious day and every auspicious day let’s remember to CONNECT to the primordial source – and Guru is the easiest one to connect to the source as we can relate with him for various emotional and personal reasons!

Be connected to your Guru – whoever it is – Ramana, Mahavatar Baba, Baba Ghariban Nawaz, Jesus Christ, Buddha – be it any Guru – get connected to your favourite or your Guru through the day – don’t seek anything of this World!

Just be in sadhan – just to be in his company all through the day.

“Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all other things will be added unto you” – Mathew 6:33

“Just give up everything and surrender unto ME. I’ll take care of you and protect you from all the reactions to sinful activities” Lord Krishna in Bhagavath Gita

Time to rest!

When is it time to rest?

When your body, mind and spirit seem to give up, know it's time to rest. 

If you go on even when the entire system says "I can't" you may never reach where you are struggling to go. STOP is the sign you must read and follow. 

It's OK to rest for in rest you calm your nerves and a calmer mind sees the solution that is right in front of us.

A person desperate for things to go his way will only lose the people he has in life now. He also messes up the energies in such a way that he creates more hurdles in the path of his desire-fulfillment. 

Doing nothing is so far away from Being Still. Being still is being restful. Know the difference! And act accordingly to get the right results. 

Now, what does resting mean if not lazing around through the day? 

Because Swami Rama says "Intense work is rest".

Resting is not about physically lazing around or hopping on to some exotic place in the name of a break or vacation. No, it is far from it. 

Rest is for the mind. Rest for the emotions. Rest is stilling our inner chatter. And that rest when given, the person gets connected to the 'soul consciousness' and that gives energy worth 'hundreds of elephants'. Then that person can accomplish many things of this World effortlessly and in no time. 

Just look at Lord Buddha, Adi Shankaracharya, Jesus and many such stalwarts. They disappeared from the World for quite some time. 

Lord Buddha went away to meditate for 6 long years to become enlightened. 

Jesus left home around 13-14 years and came back only when he was around 30 years of age.

Everyone goes within and takes so many years to get connected to the soul. Then all the work they did was monumental. Jesus Christ preached for just 3 years and look all around you - that is the impact of work well done! People after 2000 years of his leaving his mortal body are also ready to forgo everything in his name!

Adi Shankaracharya left his body at 33 years of age. And yet, no one could touch anywhere near his body of work to date. 

We can't go to some mountain or forest and lose our 10-20 years of life. But, we all can take 10-15 days of rest - that is, being in complete sadhan for a said period and gain from it - periodically!

So take time to go into intense sadhan from time to time to rejuvenate yourself. Do it to become fresh from within to have a better and fresh perspective. Do this to gain energy to do much work effortlessly!

Points to ponder:

• When nothing seems to work, take a break!
• When things don't seem to work, take a break!
• Take a break is not about taking a vacation, it is taking break from running around things and how people and things should happen in your life.
• Take a break of running around this World. Take time to visit yourself. Take time to still your mind!

Achchamma - Great character in a simple lady doing menial job!

She is adorable in so many ways.

Her name is Achchamma. But, I will call her Mary. Because, well, you’ll see for yourself.

As already mentioned she cleans toilets. But, as she is cleaning, she is singing ‘hymns praising her Lord Jesus”. She is a true Christian – always living in gratitude. One of her song words translates as “how can I thank you enough for all the abundance you have showered on me, praise be unto your name”

There is always a smile on her face as she does her job – a job people cringe in their own houses too! How many would be happy cleaning others’ toilets? Our toilet is used by us and our family members only and yet we cringe and crib. We need outside help to clean our toilets.

And here, look at her!

So many of us complain about our jobs – the salary, timings, boring, boss or colleagues not being good etc etc. and here, this woman praises her Lord for placing her in such a good situation and for taking care of her – always!

 We all can take a leaf or two on the subject of gratitude from her – can’t it?

Come Christmas all one can think about is cakes, carols and Christmas tree. But, is that all it is about?

All these acts of festivities are the body of the Christmas. But what about the spirit of the festival?

And did you know that Christ was not born in December? December 25^th was celebrated to celebrate the winter solstice and to celebrate the birth of the Sun God. Later when Roman empire got baptized it changed this day when days would start getting longer as the “birth day of Jesus”. So, you see, a tradition doesn’t necessarily reveal or reflect the “Truth” after all! And to think, we fight all wars in the name of religion and traditions? Think about that!

To get to know the spirit of any religion or tradition we need to look into the person who started it. Know his spirit and find out what are the characters that shaped his essence. Jesus was driven by character traits of – forgiveness, being sensitive to the poor and needy, belief in the Almighty and working as an instrument to fulfill the command/desire of the Divine. He didn’t have any personal agenda to cater to. He forgave even the people who nailed him to death. His heart bled for the suffering and he would do anything to alleviate them of their suffering.

Now, when we eat the cake, are we also looking at these qualities that define Jesus? Are we invoking the Christ within us? Only if we do, is the real celebration of Christmas. It doesn’t matter which religion you follow. It doesn’t even matter with which name you refer to your God. But, Rigveda says “Aano bhadro krtavo yantu viswatah” meaning “Let noble thoughts come to me from all directions” – This is a Vedic Mantra from Rigveda 1:89. 1. So let’s live our Seer’s desire to receive good from all directions.

And is not forgiveness, working for the downtrodden, and being instrument of the Lord basis of our Sanatan Dharma?

May be we can’t imbibe all these qualities in toto in our lives, but we can have them as our road map. We can work towards them, one step at a time. And as Reiki Sadhak’s we have our techniques to develop these qualities. So this Christmas, let’s do them.

Let’s do charity – at least to one person (not to your maid or driver). Let’s do it to someone unknown to us – even just one packet of food (even fruits will do if you can’t cook). If you have a kid at home, let it be done through their hands. Let’s teach them young the concept of sharing with the needy.

You can also give your old clothes to the street children.

Now with the winter that is killing many, donate at least old blanket to one person.

All the suggested options are doable by one and all. I am not asking you to do it in lakhs. So everyone can do this! If you are on facebook/social media site, post your pic donating and start a “Share to care challenge” or "Christmas spirit challenge" . Ask others to do the same and ask them to post their pics too….this way each one doing charity even to one person we can make a huge difference in real time.

Meditate on “surrendering to Reiki/God” one minute a day.

Kuch alag karthe hai, is saal….let’s do something different this year – let’s bring home Christ this year!!!

Guru Nanak’s Jayanthi

Yesterday was birthday centenary of one of the greatest Gurus of India. He is the founder of “Sikhism”.

Let’s send Reiki to any one of the Gurus, if not to Guru Nanak today remembering and validating their contribution in our lives. Those who like or follow Nanakji, send Reiki to him as a form of gratitude to him.

Others, can send Reiki to any of the Gurus like Paramahamsa, Paramacharya also called as walking Saint of India, Ramana maharshi, Mahavatar Baba, Raghavendra Swami, Madhvachary, Gautama Buddha, Mahaveer Jain, Jesus and others like them.

If you don’t have any Gurus, then send Reiki to heal the Earth as a form of gratitude to all the Gurus.

Choice is yours to make.

Me, My guru – on conducive situations needed to be kind and generous!

Ashwathamma, an 80-year-old beggar from Karnataka has donated lakhs of rupees to various causes and organisations – including various temples. Who can be more poor than a beggar? And yet, from the money she earned through begging, she spent only a fraction for self, lived in abject poverty and saved all that she could and gave it back to the society!!

Tula behera from Odisha is one more such beggar who donated to the Puri Jagganth Temple. There are so many people in such a category. Having lakhs of rupees, going around in Mercedes and Skoda, living in posh 2/3 brk apartments and donating couple of thousands – people post that on facebook and other social media sites. But those who have nothing for themselves give away lakhs and that is generosity! Can we beat that?

Gandhiji preached and lived non-violence all his life. And yet, his death was a non-violent act by a fanatic!

Jesus, an embodiment of love was crucified for no fault of his!

“So, is it why people who are weak in character find fault in Rama, Krishna,  Buddha and Jesus?” came the question from behind.

“Yes, she said”

“Then, is it not fine with us to walk the wrong path as we are driven by our weakness?” asked the intelligent one who thought his logic was best!

“|Yes, you can for all one cares as long as you are fine with reaping the benefits of walking such a path” she replied with a chuckle.

“But maam, we don’t want to face our karma. We are afraid of it” came the reply immediately.

“I know. Everyone is! But, just because we are afraid of facing our karma, it just doesn’t go away. It’s something like this – just because we are afraid of head-on collision, our car doesn’t stop itself from the accident when we are drunk and driving at high speed”

We didn’t know how to continue this argument and kept mum.

She didn’t continue either.

We didn’t agree with the way fate and Universe worked and yet didn’t have an argument to refute that. We left for the day!

The guru said “It’s easier to be a person doing things right than doing them wrong and then getting people to believe that you were right! Why choose the hard way? Why work hard when it can be achieved the easier way?”

“Then why do people behave the wrong way?” asked one among us.

“One, because it is used way and anything familiar seems easy to do. Next, a weak person will have intelligence enough to make him walk the wrong path. Through healing and working on self, one gains strength and from that we work on developing the strength of character. Only a strong character can walk the ‘right path’. Others can only hate the guy who walks the right path.”

On the eve of Christmas and in the spirit of Christmas let's send Reiki to Christ tomorrow 25th for 15 mts....or even today midnight would be fine.....you can choose any time convenient to you....

Just light a candle and send reiki to Him....

Those who don't want to for any reason, no need to feel bad or sorry about the same....just send Reiki to Mother Earth and heal the Earth.

With covid coming back with newer strain, your healing is much needed....and to heal all was the purpose of death of the Lord Jesus after all!
