We are staying with our ‘family’ only. This is to show us that at the end and all that matters is ‘this family’. Once the lockdown is lifted we have a different war to wage going out. We’ll have to work for longer hours for lesser pay maybe, make other sacrifices. All that would look worth it if we have built strong emotional balance in our life. A person’s fear is directly proportionate to his emotional well-being.

Yes just being with reiki gave me wonderful experiences of my life

After the light circle I continue with a Meditation & have experienced a few times a very deep & peaceful silence...that is difficult to describe... I had a dream of meeting my old Master in a temple where he asks me to organise for something & continue teaching.. suddenly I see a tiny saint who is just about 8-10 inches tall looking at me.. I bow down & touch his feet reverently.. he smiles & I wake up...
