Soul and its journey

…contd…..

Coming back to our question, how’s this connected with our spiritual growth? Simple! When we are angry, we generate instant hatred for the person who’s cause of our anger. It affects our clarity of thought and there by it tampers with our decision taking power. We end up taking decisions – mostly not the right ones and live to regret those decisions for the rest of our lives. No doubt, the direction in which our life turns is bad and we end up cursing ‘Our Destiny’ as if it was written by someone up there!

Ek pal ki gunah ki sazaa hum sadiyoon bhugaththe hai”
we live the consequence of our actions for years to come; actions which we took just few minutes to commit….

So true!

If this was all that would have happened, I still would not have bothered to explain this point – repeatedly with so many examples. We may not know or realize that we are souls working through this body but yet that is the fact. Buying assets, getting married, progeny, name, fame and success though seem inevitable, they all belong to body, mind and intellect. These desires also can be experienced for that is also purpose for seeking a body and hence human life. But, the actual purpose ultimately is to realize the divinity of the soul. To experience ‘love’ that a soul is capable of being. So, whenever we are angry, jealous, irritated it shrinks the energy of soul. This in turn makes us more forgetful (don’t know if such a phrase exists) of our divinity and maya engulfs us more strongly than before. This causes us to undergo more painful experiences and more janmas. Well, if you are ok with it then we need not discuss further on this issue. But, since I hear about so many of your pains which is unbearable for you and since I am unable to see you suffering so and can’t bear to imagine you undergoing more of such pain and sufferings, I am asking you to work on your weaknesses and realize and express through your Divinity. Let’s express love that we are capable of. For that as I always say – Sadhan, sadhan and nothing like sadhan. ‘Abhyasa’ is one of the best expressions of the same in Sanskrit (language). Let’s start with Let go meditation, re-birth meditation, full-body reiki, homam and earth healing.

Listen to this song which sums up our soul journey beautifully.
