Sometimes I wish I could just sit back and relax!

(recurring thoughts would be those thoughts that we think often and say out loud many times over and over again! 
They seem simple but do they mean how they are said?
Do these thoughts tell us something about ourselves and our state of mind?
What do these words of ours reflect?)

P.S: Do not apply it on others and how they say it often.DON'T!

Just apply it in your own way in your own life and what exactly do you mean by these words........

they are for reflection.........reflect through the day again and again and the meaning and its impact in your life and attitude will hit you hard .......

let's just do this exercise and see where it leads us........
