Fear – How to benefit out of it?

Now we all know the symptoms of fear. They are most commonly
experienced as :
Palpitations and perspiration
Anxiety
Knotty feeling in the stomach
Loose motions
Restlessness
Insomnia
Excessive thirst
Anger
Confusion, irritation, shouting etc
Weakness in knees, legs and unable to stand or walk
Heaviness in chest and chest region
Headache and feeling of head reeling
(did I miss any other symptom?)
These symptoms most of us have felt one time or the other and we
can recognize them as so now!
But how do we address this feeling?
By facing the
situation that brings out this feeling in us… Yes – only by facing the
situation again and again will we be able to free ourselves from such fear. The
one who heals to avoid a situation is working on ‘plastic surgery’ correction.
The work is done but the root cause still exits. So instead face the fear. Yes,
it is frightening and it sucks our energy completely from us.
