Do full-body Reiki regularly
Do re-birth meditation regularly
Let Go Meditation
Be Aware. Whatever you do, say, feel - just be aware of it. Live in the moment. If you are playing – play. If you at work – Be at work. If you are angry – just BE. If you are bored – be it totally.
Don’t judge yourself.
Don’t analyse or comment on others and on the situation.
Don’t justify yourself or your acts.
Just be AWARE!

We have understood how we invoke painful situations, people or pain per se in your lives at physical levels. Just apply it to emotional, psychological and financial pains too!

Let’s wind up on vikaras here. We have already discussed on pain, anger, laziness. Fear and jealousiness has been discussed in the earlier posts. Please go through them once again.

As these and related attitudes limit us as a person, they are called as vikaras. Each one of us is a Complete, Divine, Blissful, Peaceful soul who is LOVE too! But, these vikaras stop us from experiencing our real nature and expressing our real nature too! Hence, they are termed as vikaras or negativities.

So, if the desire is to experience Peace, Love and Completeness, there is no other way than dropping these limitations of our ego….
