Will all these prevent pain occurring in my body/life?
Not necessarily.
Then why do I follow all this tips in the first place?
It’s like asking, I’ve filled my oil tank to the brim and had my vehicle serviced, still why did accident occur?
Basically illogical question!
If one drives a car with brakes his chances of meeting with and accident is minimal when compared to a person whose car brakes don't apply butand he is also drunk and is driving at neck-breaking speed. Right?
Like-wise, we can avoid that pain that comes with wrong handling of body by following these tips. At the same time, we may fall down while playing. Well that’s part of sports. Can we avoid playing sports? No. Like wise, ‘pain’ – physical may come due to some reason beyond our control. But, what can be avoided we are avoiding by following healthy way of living.
Secondly, we are better equipped to FACE the pain, heal/fight the disease and re-coup if we have a healthy body, immune system and a life-style to match.
