D. Exercise as often as you can. Simple walking is the best to start with. Enjoy your exercises.
Play with the kids. Climb the stairs. Stop taking that elevator. Let’s save electricity enroute to healthy us.

E. Sleep tight. Preferably maintain a sleep pattern.

F. Don’t exert yourself to bank to be ultimately landing up in the hospital. Take short breaks, vacation from your work. We are not slogging in our offices to be making our doctors rich, are we?

G. Listen to good music, or pick up a hobby that relaxes you and spend at least ½ and hour per day on it.

H. Everyday, take notes of your day and its proceedings and just reflect on it.

I. Meditate. Nothing brings you closer to yourself than meditation.

J. Sit erect. Work on your posture. It really affects your spine. So take care of your posture.
Sit in vajrasan as and when possible.
