Let’s go in detail. How does pain reflect in physical body?
1. Physically pain is experienced because of injury, disease, surgery, etc.

For example:-
When I’ve headache the pain is say 50 gms (pain is not measured in gms. This is just to make understand easier) the body is so beautifully structured by nature that it can actually bear this “pain” and still move on in life. Then, if it so, why I can’t bear my headache? (You can replace headache with any pain however unbearable it is..........).

1. First and foremost, because of the conditioning of the mind that “to be happy, I shouldn’t have a disease or pain in my life.” The moment this conditioning “thought process starts functioning” it sends messages like:-
a. Only I am suffering whereas all the others are fine when in actuality I am more deserving, to be happy and healthy, than others.”

Jealousness and comparing with others sends messages that are detrimental to the healing of the pain/disease. In fact, it aggravates it. This feeling will be supported with few or many of the past instances where this type of injustice has been meted on us. Few of the imaginary situations also crop up to support this suffering. The PAIN caused by this suffering is 500 gms and that makes this total pain as 50+500 and that really is unbearable and I break down.
