Me, my Guru – on choosing love

Contd....

Me, my Guru – on choosing love

We went silent. It was enough to show us the area we needed to work on. It gave us a solution to our problems. This relieved us of our suffering – if we wanted to be relieved of it! As ever we were shown the disease and its cause. We were also given a bitter pill to treat it. One ate the pill and the other threw it away in the dustbin.

One suffered while the other was relieved of his suffering. The difference lay in their choice. She gave both the same and yet no two benefitted the same way.

She was right! What you are given is not as important as what you chose to receive!!!

Concluded.....

If you can read the previous post of the above link too....

Questions and points addressed:

  • Situation being same, one is happy and the other is not. The difference is in the way they see and react to the situation.
  • Instead of controlling the situation and people in life the day we learn to look at them the right way, we will end up being happy in any situation and with anyone in life.
  • If I am not having a good relationship in life now, the chances are I will not have it in the future too! But, when I change then instead of waiting for some 'special' person to come into my life, I will end up being with people who treat me as a 'special' person in every walk of life. This is something we all need to look into.
  • Demanding or expecting love and respect will get us nothing. Instead, become eligible and you are showered with them.
Time for some homework:
