On Living life kingsize!
Life begins where fear ends!
What does this mean?
What has fear got to do with life?
What is the connection between the both?
What should the one who loves life or wants to live life fullest do?
Suggested read : I had written a post on fear may be around 2009 or 10 answering Madhumitha's query on the same....
if any body can trace it give the link.....
Please Note : Swathi - right Understanding of 'Empty Cup'
Waiting for other insights too....every understanding will give us insight into one more angle of seeing, understanding, perceiving, applying the Truth that is spoken.....the more we gather or understand these points the more will it make it possible for us to apply them in our daily life and come out of its grind....only then will we experience abundance of every kind that we seek.........

LIFE BEGINS WHERE FEAR ENDS.
My observations of self
1. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
A) Life gives me many changes . When ever there is a change its a new challenge to me and I am scared and I start having fear . I cry , complaint ,crib , ponder over and over and generate a lot of negative emotion and doubt myself . In fear I am not myself . so when I am in fear I am not living .
I realize that I need to do the sadhan and use any of the techniques learnt in my reiki class and once I have done the sadhan and go to work upon the same situation ,I myself feel it to be in clarity and I complete the task easily this makes me wonder was it the same me who was scared ?
the joy of doing the task with clarity of thought gives me confidence and I start living the moment this I know when I am enjoying my surroundings , work etc ..
So the end of one fear has helped me to enjoy the moment .
Q .2 and 3
A) When I was in fear I do not remember any moment of existence ,enjoyment. We remember the moments we enjoy these are the moments we live.
when in fear I always wanted to escape from the situation, there were manipulations, tensions also I lacked the clarity of thought .
I thank reiki for helping me over come each one and giving me the confidence to live and enjoy the moment .
4. WORK UP ON HEALING THE FEAR .
While searching for the post of Fear from the years 2009 and 2010 I found the following posts
https://kantipadam.blogspot.com/2009/06/reiki-meet-28-06-2009.html
https://kantipadam.blogspot.com/search?q=monali

I read them and found them helpful to me .

also while searching for the posts I have revisited some of the posts of past and I also visited myself then . I felt how foolish, sheepish I was then . Thank you because this task has helped me to observe myself too .
I will further check for the posts
When we are scared we start worrying about future, if we can handle the situation, what-if scenarios, etc. which pulls us away from ‘here and now’. We use our past experiences to prove that our fear is right. We just live that fear in our heads - worrying, procrastinating, obsessing and punishing ourselves. In other words living in the confined space of our heads.
When we see here and now, we live the moment. When we live our life, we look inwards and outwards. We look at the blessings we have and we feel joy and gratitude. We try helping others unconditionally, without expectations and without the thought that ‘I am helping’. We do not worry about our image. We do foresee challenges but we know that we can handle it and it will all work out; so we do not fear it. We live in this world, appreciate everything that’s within and around us. We are not bound by any limitations of our thoughts.
Understanding is one thing, and applying is another. In order to stay focused, we need to meditate and become more aware of our responses to life and redirect our energies if required.
A few days back I was looking up for posts related to fear. I saw these questions today and thought that the universe wanted to see if I understood anything 😂.
Thank you ma’am!
